This Leadership Training Circle with Idris Khamisa was aimed at local youth leaders and activists in West London, providing a space where they could develop skills to: identify, acknowledge and cope with the legitimate grievances; build inner resilience; find a balanced relationship to emotions and stress; overcome inner hindrances, blockages and doubts; get in touch with themselves, their aspirations and potential; become self-confident, assertive and practical; discover a sense of personal dignity, self-worth and self-respect; and think creatively, and communicate effectively.
